Qlyro takes privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what choices you have. We aim to collect the minimum data needed to operate the Service.
Account information (email, name, password hash). Workspace and brand metadata. Content you upload or schedule (posts, drafts, media). Encrypted social account access tokens issued via OAuth — we never see or store your social platform passwords. Standard product telemetry to keep the Service reliable.
To operate Qlyro: authenticating you, publishing on your behalf to platforms you've connected, providing analytics inside your workspace, and responding to support requests. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use Your Content to train AI models.
When you connect a social platform, Qlyro acts on your behalf using that platform's official API. The platforms (e.g. Meta, X, LinkedIn) have their own privacy policies that apply to data they receive from your scheduled posts.
Qlyro infrastructure is hosted in the EU and India (ap-south-1), with content delivery handled globally for performance. All access tokens are encrypted at rest, and brand-level data isolation prevents cross-tenant access.
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded media older than 45 days may be removed from Qlyro's storage to keep the Service efficient — published posts on social platforms are never deleted by Qlyro. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, OAuth-only social connections, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect Your Content and account.
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR in the EU), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@qlyro.com.
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising trackers. If we add optional analytics cookies in the future, you'll see a clear opt-in prompt.
Qlyro is not intended for users under 16 years of age and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
