Spin up your Qlyro workspace in under two minutes. You'll create your account, add your first brand, and connect a social platform.

2. 2Verify your email — check your inbox for the activation link.
3. 3Create your first brand. You can rename or delete it anytime.
4. 4Connect a social account using the official OAuth flow.
5. 5Open the composer and write your first scheduled post.

Each brand in Qlyro has its own connections, drafts, media, and calendar — fully isolated from other brands in the same workspace.

3. 3Members can be invited per brand with appropriate roles.

Qlyro uses each platform's official OAuth flow. We never see or store your passwords — only the encrypted access tokens needed to publish on your behalf.

Supported: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Google Business Profile, Mastodon, Bluesky, Tumblr, Pinterest, LinkedIn Company Page, and X. Each connection lives at the brand level. You can disconnect any account at any time from Settings → Connections.

Write your master post once, then customize it per platform. Add images and videos, hashtags, and platform-specific variants.

1. 1Pick the brand and the platforms you want to publish to.
2. 2Write your master copy. Counters update live for each platform's limits.
3. 3If your post exceeds 250 characters and X is selected, the X Short Version field appears.
4. 4Upload media — images up to 5 MB and video up to 50 MB.
5. 5Schedule for any time up to 24 months in the future, or save as a draft.

Plan posts ahead with daily, weekly, and monthly views. Run sequential publishing for launches and campaigns.

Use multiple posts per day, batch publish at the same time, stagger different times, or queue posts in sequence. Drag and drop posts on the calendar to reschedule them. Failed posts surface in the publish log with a reason and a one-click retry.

Qlyro is built with security and privacy as foundations, not extras.

Tokens are encrypted at rest. Brand-level data isolation prevents cross-tenant access. Old uploaded media is removed from Qlyro's storage after 45 days — published posts on social platforms are never touched. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

Most failed posts come from expired social tokens or platform-side rules. Here's how to recover quickly.

1. 1Open Settings → Connections and reconnect the affected account.
2. 2Re-trigger the failed post from the Publish Log with the Retry button.
3. 3If the post keeps failing, check the platform's content rules (image dimensions, allowed file types).
